It is important that you read and follow the Terms of Participation below in order to receive your promotional vacation.

TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

Step 1: Complete and mail the original Registration Coupon found on the bottom front to: Spirit Incentives, 2455 E. Sunrise Blvd, Suite Mezzanine, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33304 with a $100 non-refundable processing fee payable to Spirit Incentives in U.S. dollars in the form of a check, Money Order or Cashiers Check. Your registration coupon must be received within 60 days of the issue date; this will be determined by the postmark date on your envelope.

Step 2: After receiving and processing your Registration Coupon, Spirit Incentives will mail you a Registration Confirmation letter with a toll free phone number for you to make your reservation request. If you do not receive the Registration Confirmation letter within 30 days, please contact Spirit Incentives at the phone number provided below.

Step 3: Use the toll free number supplied to call at least 30 days in advance of your desired departure date to select a travel date and arrange for any additional travel options allowing for proper handling, coordination travel arrangements and time to provide you with your travel documents.

Step 4: Spirit Incentives will issue you a Reservation Confirmation Voucher with your information and additional travel options purchased; please do not depart for your vacation until you have received your reservation confirmation package.

Arrivals

When selecting travel dates, please avoid popular holidays and a full 7 days before or after a major holiday. (Major holidays: New Year's Day, Presidents Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas).

Charges

Travelers are responsible for charges in excess of this offer, such as but not limited to resort and usage fees of $199. Resort and usage fees cover the standard basic fees imposed by all the resorts. Individual resorts reserve the right to collect additional fees specific to their resort or region, such as but not limited to; government imposed occupancy tax, compulsory gratuity for daily maid service, energy surcharges, and security deposits. Should your selected resort impose additional fees you will be advised prior to confirmation and payment will be due upon check out. Airfare, transfers, taxes, food, and incidentals are not included. This offer is subject to a seasonal surcharge. The peak season weeks are based on the activities and events available to each specific resort area. Some resort areas may have more than one peak season. This would be typical of a location that is in high demand during the summer months and again for the winter months during ski season. Also, all holidays, special event periods and the period from December 20th to January 5th (Christmas and New Years) are considered peak season weeks.

Documentation

Travelers to and from the Caribbean, Mexico and Canada must have proper documentation such as; passports, visas and family legal documents or they will not be allowed to board and no refunds will be issued. Documents must be presented at time of boarding. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to determine if additional documentation is required. U.S. Citizens: Effective January 1st 2006, a valid passport will be required for all air/sea travel. You will not be allowed to board without a valid passport. A voter registration card or Social Security Card is not considered to be proof of citizenship. Visas are not required for U.S. citizens.

Non U.S. Citizens: Valid passports and visas (when needed) including the original Alien Registration Card (ARC or Green card) and any required travel documentation providing alien status in the United States or with respect to any country on the itinerary .

Reservation Cancellation

No refunds can be made for any reason once reservations have been confirmed.

Responsibilities

Spirit Incentives does not assume any liability or responsibility for damage, expense or inconvenience, nor for loss, injury, death or damage to any persons or property at any hotel or on any aircraft/ship, or in transit to and from said hotel/aircraft/ship, or for any cause whatsoever due to delays, cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God. Spirit Incentives assumes no responsibility for any verbal or written representation made in conjunction with this offer by any distributor and/or their agents other than those included in this offer. Spirit Incentives will make every effort to accommodate your travel date, but reserves the right to offer alternative travel dates when necessary.

Restrictions

This certificate has no cash value and is non-transferable. This offer is void where prohibited by law and is not valid for sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members of sponsors, distributors and employees. This vacation offer expires 13 months from date of issue and travel must be completed before expiration date. This offer cannot be used concurrently with any other travel offer or Spirit Incentives certificate. Hotels are subject to change and Spirit Incentives' availability. Airfare is not included but may be purchased through Spirit Incentives. This vacation offer is not valid for California residents.

Customer Service inquiries can be made by calling 866-553-2085. When calling, please have your Package Code and Certificate Number ready to help expedite service. We highly recommend that you make a copy of the certificate and Reservation Coupon for your own records.

Notification

You may cancel this contract (this certificate) without penalty or obligation within 30 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the vacation certificate, whichever occurs later. You may cancel this contract if accommodations or facilities are not available pursuant to a request for use as provided in this contract. If you decide to cancel, you must notify the seller in writing of your intent to cancel by returning the certificate and sending notice to Spirit Incentives, 2455 E. Sunrise Blvd, Suite Mezzanine, Ft. Lauderdale, FL 33304. Spirit Incentives is registered with the state of Florida as a Seller of Travel, Registration No. 17213. No Purchaser should rely upon representations other than those included in this contract.
